Catie was born in Hong Kong and lived in London until the age of ten. Growing up in the mecca of culture that London has to offer, Catie was immersed in an international food scene at a young age. Her passion for cooking evolved over time and now she is skilled in both baking and cooking.
Catie moved to Charlotte in 2013, graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 2015 and has been working in the food industry for over five years.
